In designing the fleet management software, our goal was to streamline operations and improve efficiency for fleet managers and vehicle owners. From tracking vehicle usage to optimizing routes and schedules, we built the platform to be user-friendly and feature-rich. The challenge was to create an intuitive interface that provides real-time data and insights while simplifying complex fleet management tasks. By focusing on clarity and functionality, we ensured that users can effortlessly manage their fleets boost overall performance.

Users are presented with a clear list of available and in-transit drivers, along with detailed truck specifications such as available space and route compatibility. This setup simplifies the decision-making process, allowing users to easily select the most suitable driver for their shipment. If the truck’s capacity is less than the shipment’s weight, the system prompts users to adjust the load accordingly. This streamlined process not only optimizes driver assignments but also ensures efficient load management, contributing to timely and effective deliveries.

The tracking screens in the system provide users with real-time visibility into their shipments. Upon accessing the tracking interface, users can view the current status of their shipments, including location, estimated arrival times, and any potential delays.
